PhpMyAdmin says “Unknon Collations `utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci`”

In my case, the solution was to replace that collation from utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci to utf8mb4_general_ci.

According to Rahul, the problem occurs when the PhpMyAdmin version on the remote host is newer than the one on our local machine. Or simply say, the version installed on our local machine is outdated!

In my case, the solution was to replace that collation from utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci to utf8mb4_general_ci.
